With 25 years of executive experience supporting multi-level managers and teams as recent as the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and G8/G20 Summits in Toronto, PRIME trusts Rebecca to oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization.
Her attention to detail and high degree of professionalism has proven to be an invaluable asset.
Along with her extensive executive experience, Rebecca worked for a number of years in the non-profit sector, something which provided her with a greater understanding and respect for human relations. This is clearly evidenced in her obvious care and concern for co workers and clients alike.
When she’s not focusing her attention on PRIME, Rebecca enjoys reading, snowshoeing, volunteering in her community and boning up on interior design. Her personal philosophy is, “seek first to understand and then to be understood” and her favourite book is one by Barbara Stanny: Prince Charming Isn’t Coming, a financial planning guide for women.
Rebecca believes that most people think of leadership as a position and therefore don’t see themselves as leaders. This is a mindset she seeks to shift in the lives of those around her.
