Saima Khan, Organizational Development Specialist

With more than 8 years of customer service experience, Saima truly understands what customer satisfaction and service is all about. She also realizes the crucial role that both play within an organization. Currently, Saima works as an Advisor at the University of British Columbia for undergraduate students.

Saima holds a firm belief that everything happens for a reason, and that every action has a reaction.

It is that standpoint which directs her life and encourages her to reach the highest possible standard. She wants the best not only for herself, but for those she meets; both in her personal and professional worlds.

Her most memorable moment is walking across the stage to accept her Masters diploma, clear evidence of hard work and dedication. She enjoys participating in Bikram yoga and long walks along with spending time with her family and friends. Her favourite book is The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri.
